1. Overview & 100% On-Device Commitment

PureScan ('we', 'our', or 'the App') is committed to protecting your absolute privacy. PureScan is designed as a 100% on-device document scanner. All document image processing, Apple Vision edge detection, CoreImage shadow removal, Vision OCR text extraction, and PDF compilation take place locally on your iPhone using the Apple Neural Engine and GPU.

We do NOT collect, upload, store, or transmit your scanned documents, photos, recognized text, or personal data to any external cloud servers or third parties.

2. Information Collection & Storage

• Scanned Document Content: Stored strictly in your iPhone's local sandbox application directory. Your files remain exclusively on your device unless manually exported via iOS Share Sheet.
• Camera Access: Requested solely for live document boundary detection and photo capture. Image pixels are processed temporarily in local memory and are never transmitted.
• Analytics & Tracking: PureScan contains NO third-party advertising SDKs, NO behavior tracking, and NO external analytics tools.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

PureScan PRO subscriptions and lifetime purchases are processed directly by Apple via StoreKit and your Apple ID Account. We do not receive or store your credit card or billing details. Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. Your Data Control (GDPR / CCPA)

Because your data remains 100% local, you maintain complete authority. Delete documents inside PureScan or uninstall the app to erase all local data immediately.
